Towards A Simpler Life
It started for me by reading “The Happiness Project” by Gretchen Rubin and my need to de-clutter my life to find that inner calm that she talks about. Closets were cleaned and stuff was taken to consignment or donated to Goodwill or priced for an upcoming yard sale. I still didn’t feel that inner peace that I was looking for…
I began to notice many other’s blogging about a desire to be more intentional or at least more aware of what they need, how much they need, and what they can do without when it comes to what they buy and make.
With this is mind, I am working on organizing my 4 thirty-five gallon containers of yarn stash on Ravelry to whittle down my stuff to what’s really important and reflects my unique style with the help of mood boards, color palettes and scrutinizing my more thoughtful lifestyle.
I would love to hear your thoughts!
